On 22nd April in the premises of Poznan International Fair was held a conference on “Energy Security of Poland” which partner was Polish-Indian Chamber of Commerce.
The meeting was opened by Mr. Eugeniusz Grzeszczak, Deputy Marshal of the Sejm, founder and long-term board chairman of Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski Association, currently its honorary board chairman. Then the floor was taken by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy – Mr. Janusz Piechociński. Deputy Prime Minister took honorable patronage of this conference.
The lectures were given by:
- Janusz Piechociński – Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economy
- Joanna Strzelec – Łobodzińska – President of the Board of Kompania Węglowa S.A.
- Ryszard Gąsior – President of the Board of Fasing Energia sp. z o. o.
- Dr eng. Henryk Majchrzak – President of the Board of Polish Transmission System Operator
The discussion with the aforementioned panelists run by Tadeusz Mosz drew attention of many participants of the conference who actively took part in it. Thanks to presence of the representatives of many different communities interested in this issue, the conference provided an opportunity to learn how important is the issue of Energy Security of Poland.
