Membership

The membership in Polish-Indian Chamber of Commerce means the membership in the group of verified companies and the possibility of influencing the life in Poland and India collectively. Our aims are consistent support in establishing cooperation between partners from Poland and India as well as care and assistance in the further development of the business. Our experience and strong network of contacts guarantee a complete service and excellent results.

The following entities can apply for the enrollment into the list of companies in the Polish-Indian Chamber of Commerce:

  • natural and legal persons conducting economic activity,
  • unincorporated companies established in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Poland

Formal requirements of the membership:

  • Each entity applying for the membership has to send filled-in Membership Declaration- by email (scanned), by fax and the original by post.
  • Each entity applying for the membership has to send filled-in Registration Form- by email (scanned), by fax and the original by post.
  • Each entity applying for the membership has to send a current extract from the National Court Register or extracted entry from the Business Activity Register- by email (scanned), by fax and the original by post.
  • After the verification process, you will receive the information about the adoption of the board resolution affirming your membership in Polish-Indian Chamber of Commerce and the information about the obligation to pay the annual membership fee in the amount consistent with the statutory note or the membership package you have selected.
  • The membership fee is 2 000 PLN for each year of the PICC membership. Entities that join the Chamber will have to pay 500 PLN of registration fee.
  • Polish-Indian Chamber of Commerce has also introduced 3 membership packages which are packages of services provided to you throughout the year. The purchase of the packages is tantamount to the admission to Polish-Indian Chamber of Commerce.
